Each year, KLAS Research publishes the Best in KLAS report, reflecting the voices of healthcare provider and payer organizations gathered through thousands of qualitative interviews and quantitative evaluations. The report highlights organizations that are rated highly by their customers or demonstrate meaningful improvement over time. Together, these results reflect the performance levels providers and payers recognize as the standard of excellence across the healthcare IT industry.
At ViVE 2026, we proudly welcome KLAS Research to host a Best in KLAS ceremony during the event, recognizing Overall Best in KLAS Award winners and Most Improved recognitions based on feedback from healthcare provider and payer organizations captured in the annual Best in KLAS report. KLAS and CHIME also came together to present the Trailblazer Award, recognizing innovation in healthcare IT.
These recognitions reflect more than achievement—they affirm the trust and real-world impact described by customers as vendors work to support better care.
This year’s awards will take place on Monday, February 23 from 4:30 -5:00 PM PST on the West Coast Stage at ViVE.
